Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of kale, veins removed

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 spaghetti squash, prepared as shown (click here for recipe)


Instructions

  1. Prepare spaghetti squash according to the recipe.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion until translucent.

  3. Add kale and cook until wilted.
