This Paleo aioli recipe is creamy, garlicky, and Roadmap to Health compliant. Made with Paleo-friendly mayonnaise, garlic, lemon, and Dijon, it’s the perfect sauce or dip.

Ingredients
- 5 medium cloves garlic, minced or crushed in a garlic press
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup Paleo-friendly mayonnaise (do not use commercial mayonnaise — click here for recipe)
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a small, shallow bowl, combine garlic and lemon juice. Stir, spread into an even layer, and lightly salt. Let sit 10–15 minutes.
- Mix Dijon mustard into the Paleo mayonnaise.
- Strain the garlic/lemon mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth over the mayonnaise mixture. Press with a spatula to release all liquid.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Aioli will thicken as it chills. Use as a dip, sandwich spread, or drizzle over roasted vegetables.
