Made with homemade Paleo mayonnaise, fresh herbs, and coconut milk, it’s dairy-free, gluten-free, and SCD-appropriate. Perfect as a dip for veggies, a sauce for chicken wings, or drizzled over salads, this ranch dressing is versatile and delicious while keeping your gut health in mind.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup paleo mayonnaise (see our recipe)
- 3 Tablespoons coconut milk, or nut milk
- 1 ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Combine mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of milk or water, cider vinegar, dill, garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Whisk or blend until smooth.
Taste and add additional salt, pepper, or seasonings to taste.
Add additional coconut milk if desired for a thinner consistency.
Ranch dressing will keep for 1 week covered in the refrigerator.
