Ingredients

  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 medium red apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup green or red seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (toasted, if desired)
  • 1/4 cup Paleo-friendly mayonnaise (do not use commercial mayonnaise — click here for recipe)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the apples, grapes, raisins, nuts, and mayonnaise.
  2. Mix well until evenly coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
