Ingredients
- 2 cups superfine almond flour (or other nut flour)
- 2 medium eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the almond flour and eggs in a food processor. Add salt and pepper.
- Roll out the dough thinly between 2 pieces of parchment paper.
- Remove the top parchment paper.
- Use a small glass or cookie cutter to cut the dough into shapes. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned (time depends on dough thickness).
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
