Ingredients

  • 2 cups superfine almond flour (or other nut flour)
  • 2 medium eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the almond flour and eggs in a food processor. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly between 2 pieces of parchment paper.
  4. Remove the top parchment paper.
  5. Use a small glass or cookie cutter to cut the dough into shapes. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned (time depends on dough thickness).
  7. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
