Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: add any other vegetables you like

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into crescents and the pepper into cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a deep saucepan.
  3. Add the pepper and onion; cook until tender.
  4. Add the spinach and generously sprinkle with garlic salt.
  5. Cook until the spinach wilts.
