Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- Garlic salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: add any other vegetables you like
Instructions
- Cut the onion into crescents and the pepper into cubes.
- Heat the olive oil in a deep saucepan.
- Add the pepper and onion; cook until tender.
- Add the spinach and generously sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Cook until the spinach wilts.
