Ingredients
- 2 pounds green beans
- 1 pound Roma tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Place green beans (whole, or you can cut them in half) into a pressure cooker.
- Cut Roma tomatoes into eighths and add to the cooker.
- Add garlic and oregano.
- Pour in olive oil and water.
- Cook over medium until the pressure marker rises. Release pressure, then serve warm.
