This creamy avocado dip blends garlic, cilantro, lime, and Paleo mayonnaise with cayenne and cumin for a zesty, Crohn’s-friendly flavor. Perfect with Paleo crackers or fresh veggie sticks.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 4 medium cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 5 tbsp Paleo-friendly mayonnaise (do not use commercial mayonnaise — see recipe)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Peel and press the garlic through a garlic press.
- Place avocado, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, cayenne, and cumin in a food processor. If you like it extra spicy, add one jalapeno.
- Add the garlic. Process until smooth.
- Serve with Paleo crackers or fresh vegetable sticks.
