Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- ¼ cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat peanut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sesame seeds and toast lightly until golden brown.
- Stir in green beans and cook, stirring frequently, for 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer on low until beans are tender.
