Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • ¼ cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat peanut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sesame seeds and toast lightly until golden brown.
  3. Stir in green beans and cook, stirring frequently, for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer on low until beans are tender.
