Ingredients
- 2 lbs tomatoes, pureed
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons chili powder (click to use homemade for best results)
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
- Heat over medium flame and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Allow sauce to cool, then transfer to a tightly covered container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
