Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 2 cups Paleo-friendly mayonnaise (or to desired taste/consistency; do not use commercial mayonnaise — [click here for the recipe])

Instructions
- Grate the cabbage and carrots into a large mixing bowl.
