This Crohn’s-Appropriate Creamy Coleslaw is a simple and refreshing side dish made with just cabbage, carrots, and Paleo-friendly mayonnaise. Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 cups Paleo-friendly mayonnaise (or to desired taste/consistency; do not use commercial mayonnaise — [click here for the recipe])

Instructions

  1. Grate the cabbage and carrots into a large mixing bowl.
