Ingredients
- 1 avocado, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 large cucumber, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
- 8 oz crab meat

- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Tamari, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Cut avocado into small pieces that fit on cucumber slices.
- In another bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, green onions, and optional chili garlic sauce. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place a cucumber slice on a plate and top with a scoop of crab mixture and a piece of avocado.
- Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with tamari for dipping.
