  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with olive oil (use a paper towel to spread evenly).
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of the aioli with tamari. Toss chicken cubes in this mixture until coated.
  4. Dip each chicken cube into Paleo bread crumbs, coating evenly. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine cayenne with the remaining 1/4 cup aioli. Serve the chicken bites hot from the oven with the spicy dipping sauce.
