Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 2 minutes until golden and fragrant (be careful not to burn).
- Add shrimp, sprinkle with salt and paprika, and cook for 2–3 minutes until just pink and opaque. Do not overcook or shrimp will become tough.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
