Ingredients

2 cups of cooked chicken, chopped into small pieces

½ cup of dried cranberries

1 small onion (preferably sweet, like Vidalia), finely chopped

2 stalks of celery, finely chopped

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
