Ingredients
- 32 oz. sauerkraut (refrigerated, not canned)
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Place the chopped cabbage in boiling water.
- Rinse and drain the sauerkraut, then add it to the pot with the cabbage. Boil until the cabbage is tender.
- Drain.
- Sauté the onion in olive oil until tender, then add to cabbage.
- Mix in the pureed tomatoes and serve hot.
